In conjunction with the Pacific Community (SPC), TCAP has finalised Environmental and Social Impact Assessments for construction of coastal protection infrastructure of Funafuti, Nanumea & Nanumaga in 2020. The ESIA are now online for public review and comment.

The meeting focused primarily on the coastal protection designs for Funafuti, Nanumea and Nanumaga. Designs are expected to be completed, submitted to the Government, and shared with communities in coming weeks.
