The Tuvalu Coastal Adaptation Project (TCAP) team has returned this month from conducting public consultations with more than 400 women, men, youth, people with disability, fisherman and landowners, island leaders, government staff and Kaupule (council) staff on Nanumaga, Nanumea, and Funafuti.
